i have some fun pictures 12 years ago on this same patio dancing with my new husband and my brother.  i don't want to wait another 12 years to have another dance party... maybe next summer we'll have a shag party... hmmm... maybe.

wonder what they were scheming...

birthday girl wanted pet shops on her cake again this year.  she imagined a pretty cool design with a dance floor and the pet shops square dancing.  however, this momma cannot, i repeat, CAN NOT decorate a cake to save her life.  she was satisfied with them being plopped in icing.   i requested a carrot cake, and MY momma delivered, as usual!  

while the littlest party-ers were too small to dance, they were well fed, well juice box'ed and well loved thanks to the aunties and grandparents.
